Parents may request removal of personal information or opt out of communications at any time by contacting Bright Future Kiddie Care by phone, email, or written request. We will review and process all requests in accordance with applicable laws and required record retention policies.
Bright Future Kiddie Care is committed to protecting the privacy, security, and confidentiality of the children and families we serve. We collect personal information necessary to provide childcare and Early Intervention services. This information may include parent or guardian names, child’s name and date of birth, home address, email address, phone number, emergency contact details, enrollment records, attendance information, and payment details. When applicable to Early Intervention services, we may also collect medical information, developmental evaluations, therapy reports, immunization records, and other documentation required to support your child’s care.
The information we collect is used to provide and manage childcare services, coordinate Early Intervention support, maintain health and safety records, communicate with families, process enrollment and billing, improve program operations, and comply with local, state, and federal regulations. We only use personal information for legitimate childcare and program-related purposes.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Bright Future Kiddie Care. These messages may include enrollment information, schedule updates, emergency alerts, and program-related communication. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. For children receiving Early Intervention services, Bright Future Kiddie Care complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all applicable privacy laws. Protected Health Information (PHI) is accessed only by authorized personnel and is used strictly for treatment, care coordination, documentation, and legally required reporting. Health information is not disclosed without proper authorization unless permitted or required by law.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal and health information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Records are stored in secure digital systems and/or locked physical files, with access limited to authorized staff members. Information is retained only for as long as required by law or necessary to fulfill childcare and Early Intervention obligations.
