Enrollment Process

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry

Complete our online inquiry form or contact our office to learn more about our programs and availability.

Step 2: Schedule a Tour

Families are encouraged to visit our center, meet our staff, and learn about our curriculum, programs, and services.

Step 3: Complete Enrollment Forms

Required enrollment documents include:

Child Enrollment Application
Emergency Contact Information
Medical and Immunization Records
Child Health Examination Form
Parent Identification
Custody Documents (if applicable)
Individualized Education Program (IEP) or Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) Documents (if applicable)

Step 4: Enrollment Approval

Once all required documentation has been received and reviewed, families will receive confirmation of enrollment and a start date.
